Verification Contact before trading communication.
Skoypola Ltd communicates only with verified companies, trusted suppliers and qualified market participants. We remain flexible to our clients’ requirements within a secure and professional negotiation framework.
Submit a complete LOI.
The Letter of Intent must clearly identify who is contacting Skoypola, which company they represent, what product and quantity they require or offer, and who is authorized to speak on behalf of the company. Without complete LOI details, communication remains preliminary.
Clear legal identity before commercial exchange.
Buyers and suppliers should verify the corporate identity, registered office, authorized communication channels and commercial role before relying on any transaction document.
Commercial role
Skoypola acts as a seller of petroleum products and commodities, serving verified buyers through controlled compliance procedures and qualified supply channels.
- Product access and pricing indications remain subject to supply confirmation.
- POP, inspection, tank, banking or title-related documents are released only at the approved stage.
- All procedures remain subject to KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, final contract review and commercial availability.
What is exchanged and when.
This staged approach reduces fraud risk and protects qualified counterparties in petroleum and bulk commodity transactions.
| Stage | Buyer / counterparty provides | Skoypola provides / confirms |
|---|---|---|
| Initial inquiry | Complete LOI, company profile, responsible-person details, product, quantity, destination and preferred Incoterm. | Product overview, basic procedure guidance and compliance requirements. |

| Contract stage | Signed SPA, approved payment instrument and final compliance clearance. | Contractual documents, inspection/logistics terms and title-transfer steps according to the agreed structure. |
How to prepare an LOI that will be properly reviewed.
A complete LOI should be sent from a corporate email, on company letterhead, signed by an authorized person and supported by clear corporate and commercial information.
Send it correctly.
Email the LOI to Skoypola with a clear subject line and attach the document as a PDF. The sender must be identifiable and reachable through corporate communication channels.
